Virtual Relationship Manager – Emirati

About the role

Emirates Islamic Bank is seeking an Emirati Virtual Relationship Manager to enhance and manage its commercial client portfolio. The role focuses on providing customers with expert advice, optimizing their relationship with the bank, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the existing commercial portfolio to meet business targets.
• Develop strong relationships with key clients and promote the use of approved facilities.
• Migrate mass‑segment clients to Islamic Banking Business (IBB) products.
• Process transactions, collect documentation, and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Monitor quality and control issues within the portfolio.
• Provide comprehensive advice on banking products, including trade services, lending, and financial advisory.

Required profile

• Emirati nationality.
• Minimum of 12 months of relevant banking experience.
• Strong knowledge of basic banking, trade services, lending products, and financial advisory.
• Ability to comply with UAE Central Bank and AML regulations.
