About the role

The Visual Merchandiser Associate will create eye‑catching in‑store displays that guide customers through the store and enhance the overall shopping experience. The role supports sales targets by using strategic product placement and visual storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the visual merchandising plan into creative windows, product placements, props and floor designs.
• Execute seasonal floor plans, launches and store layout changes.
• Coordinate production and installation timelines with contractors and suppliers.
• Maintain brand standards while introducing cost‑saving initiatives.
• Stay aware of visual merchandising trends and customer preferences to continuously improve the in‑store experience.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising, logistics and store teams.
• Implement store signage programs in line with commercial guidelines.

Required profile

• High School Certificate.
• Fluent in English.
• 1‑3 years of experience in visual merchandising or fine arts.
• Strong attention to detail.
