Voice Process Specialist (Hindi Tele‑Sales)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Voice Process Specialist to join our UAE‑based tele‑sales team. The role focuses on high‑volume outbound calls to Hindi‑speaking prospects, delivering persuasive pitches and converting leads into satisfied customers.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers in Hindi.
• Identify customer needs quickly and match them with appropriate products or services.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with warm leads to ensure timely closures.
• Maintain a positive, energetic tone while managing call time efficiently.
• Assist clients with account opening and first deposit processes.

Required profile

• Fluent Hindi speaker.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call centre, BPO or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑focused approach.
