VoIP Manager - FX Brokerage

About the role

An FX brokerage is looking for an experienced VoIP Manager to oversee its VoIP infrastructure and call center communications. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in VoIP systems, experience in the Forex industry and the ability to manage a technical team. Full relocation is provided for candidates moving from outside Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Manage VoIP infrastructure, SIP trunks, DID numbers, routing and call connectivity
• Oversee call center dialers, VoIP servers and network configurations
• Monitor call quality, network performance and system reliability
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and minimize downtime
• Manage VoIP providers and telecom operators
• Lead and supervise the VoIP team
• Ensure infrastructure security, scalability and smooth daily operations

Required profile

• Proven experience as a VoIP Manager or VoIP Engineer in the FX/Forex industry (a must)
• Previous team management or leadership experience

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of SIP, RTP, SIP trunking, DID numbers and call routing
• Experience with call center infrastructure and dialer systems
• Hands-on troubleshooting and network optimization skills
