About the role
We are seeking a VP to build and scale a Growth Content & Creator Commerce engine that will drive customer acquisition across a multi‑brand portfolio for a fast‑growing ecommerce business.
Key responsibilities
- Build and scale the Growth Content & Creator Commerce engine across multiple brands.
- Drive customer acquisition through content strategies and creator partnerships.
Required profile
- Combines commercial rigour with strong creative instincts and deep digital consumer understanding.
- Thrives in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environments with constant ambiguity and change.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills to align creative and commercial objectives.
- Low‑ego, high‑EQ leader who brings energy, curiosity and a collaborative approach while maintaining accountability.
Required skills
- Hands‑on AI fluency.
- Experience implementing AI‑enabled workflows.
