VP, Head of Information Services

About the role

The Vice President, Head of Information Services will lead the organisation’s data function, ensuring reliable delivery, governance and enablement of data for internal stakeholders and platforms. Reporting to senior leadership, the role oversees data infrastructure, data provisioning and internal data products that power reporting, analytics, AI initiatives and operational use cases across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage internal data products and platforms, guaranteeing scalable, secure data availability for business use cases.
• Lead the development and management of enterprise data infrastructure, including global data lake capabilities and core data architecture.
• Oversee major data programmes and transformations such as platform migrations and data‑architecture evolution.
• Ensure timely and accurate data provisioning to Finance, Sales, CRM, cross‑sell and other internal applications, adhering to defined SLAs.
• Define and enforce data‑governance standards covering data quality, taxonomy, master data (KYC/KYB) and access control.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (Finance, Sales, Risk, Product, Technology) to deliver consistent, scalable and secure data across the organisation.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading data platforms and governance in a large, fast‑paced organisation.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive data‑centric transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of financial‑services data requirements, including KYC/KYB and regulatory compliance.
