VP / Senior Director, Business Development & Partnerships – Stablecoin

About the role

We are a global stablecoin issuer preparing to launch a USD‑denominated stablecoin. As the founding Business Development and Partnerships leader, you will drive market entry, institutional adoption, and ecosystem integration across payments, enterprise, and Web3 use cases.

Key responsibilities

• Own the commercial rollout of the USD stablecoin and accelerate adoption in enterprise B2B payments, cross‑border settlement, treasury, liquidity, and Web3/DeFi integrations.
• Build and manage senior‑level partnerships with payment service providers, banks, custodians, exchanges, wallets, on/off‑ramps, and DeFi protocols.
• Structure and negotiate distribution, issuance, settlement, and liquidity agreements while defining pricing and commercial models.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and operations to translate partner feedback into product roadmap inputs and early revenue models.
• Lead and scale the BD/partnerships function, representing the company with institutional and ecosystem leaders.

Required profile

• 8–15+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Commercial roles.
• Direct experience with at least one leading stablecoin issuer.
• Proven track record building institutional or Web3/DeFi ecosystem partnerships.
• Comfortable operating as a 0→1 owner, not just an execution role.
