About the role
Anantara Hotels & Resorts is hiring a full-time F&B Waiter/ress for its Desert Islands Resort & Spa in Abu Dhabi. As a Hospitality Ambassador, the waiter provides prompt and courteous service to all guests and is a key factor in guest satisfaction. The role is based in the food and beverage outlets of the resort.
Key responsibilities
- Work as part of a team across all departments to keep the food and beverage outlets running efficiently and on time.
- Deliver prompt, courteous service to all guests and ensure they are delighted by the quality of service and comfort in the outlets.
- Know the menus, beverages, services and facilities offered by the resort.
- Keep the work area safe and hygienic and respect guests' privacy.
- Continuously develop professional skills to raise guest satisfaction.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- Previous experience in food and beverage or restaurant operations.
- Passion for excellent service.
- Excellent team player.
- English speaking.
