Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm smile and guide them through the menu.
• Answer menu questions, make recommendations and upsell where appropriate.
• Serve food and beverages accurately, promptly and with a polished presentation.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to any requests.
• Maintain clean and orderly tables, utensils and dining areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle high‑pressure periods calmly while preserving service quality.
