About the role
The F&B Waiter/ress is the front line of guest interactions, acting as a Hospitality Ambassador to provide prompt and courteous service in the hotel's food and beverage outlets.
Key responsibilities
- Work as part of a team across all departments to ensure timely and efficient operation of food and beverage outlets.
- Maintain complete knowledge of menus, beverages, services and facilities, and continuously develop professional skills to increase guest satisfaction.
- Ensure a safe and hygienic work area while upholding guests' privacy rights.
Required profile
- High School diploma.
- Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations.
- Passion for excellent service and ability to work well in a team.
- Fluent English speaking.
