About the role
JA The Resort in Dubai is looking for a Waiter or Waitress to join its team and deliver more than just food and beverage service. The role centres on genuine hospitality, personalised service and meaningful guest connections.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service with attention to detail.
- Create memorable guest experiences through personalised service.
- Recommend menu items and upsell confidently.
- Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations.
- Maintain outlet standards, hygiene practices and operational excellence.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.
- Set up, maintain and reset dining areas.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of food and beverage service experience in a hotel or restaurant.
- Good English communication skills.
- Experience in upselling and guest engagement.
- A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Required skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Basic understanding of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
