About the role

Join the Cala Vista restaurant at Jumeirah Mina Al Salam as a Waiter/ess, delivering exceptional guest service in a luxury 5‑star environment starting October 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome, seat and assist guests, provide menu recommendations and accommodate dietary requirements.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate special requests to kitchen and bar, and ensure timely, high‑quality service.
• Process payments using the MICROS POS system, manage billing and handle various payment methods.
• Verify guest identification for alcohol service and comply with local regulations.
• Monitor assigned sections, resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with front‑of‑house, bar and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality.
• 1‑2 years of guest‑service experience in a 5‑star hotel.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera Cloud.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
