Waiter/ess – Club Executive Lounge

About the role

Join the Club Executive Lounge team at Jumeirah's pre‑opening hotel in Dubai. As a Waiter/ess you will support daily food and beverage operations, ensuring a seamless experience for guests during breakfast, afternoon tea, happy hour and other services.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare Mise En Place for breakfast, afternoon tea and happy hour.
• Set up buffet and bar stations for daily service.
• Collect and organize store supplies each day.
• Sort dirty linen and replace with clean linen from laundry.
• Assist Front Office operations, including reception and guest relations, when needed.
• Follow opening and closing procedures for F&B orders using the Micros system.
• Participate in department training programs.
• Support upselling initiatives such as Sirius and other targets.
• Accept any additional assignments as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food and beverage service within a five‑star hospitality environment.
• Familiarity with Micros POS systems.
• High school diploma or hotel management education.
• Experience handling guest complaints professionally.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Additional language proficiency is a plus.
