About the role
Join the prestigious BVLGARI Resort Dubai as a Waiter/Waitress, delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests in a luxury setting.
Key responsibilities
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages, set tables according to event type and service standards.
- Answer menu questions, communicate with the kitchen about orders, allergies, dietary needs and product availability.
- Record transactions in the MICROS system, present accurate checks and process payments.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glassware and complete closing duties such as restocking and turning off lights.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies, uniform standards and assist guests with disabilities.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related waitstaff experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the MICROS point‑of‑sale system.
