About the role

Join the vibrant Voda Bar team at the luxury Jumeirah Zabeel Saray resort, delivering a warm and personalized dining experience to discerning guests on Palm Jumeirah.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, professional service, anticipating guest needs and responding promptly.
• Describe menu items and beverage pairings with detailed knowledge of ingredients and preparation.
• Coordinate closely with the culinary team to ensure timely food pickup and consistent quality.
• Set tables, serve food and drinks accurately, and maintain immaculate presentation throughout service.
• Process orders and special requests using the point‑of‑sale system, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen.
• Maintain an unobtrusive presence, contributing to an engaging atmosphere and memorable dining moments.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress in a reputable hospitality brand or restaurant.
• High school diploma.
• Fluent English; additional language (Spanish, French, Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, Greek) is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale systems.
• Working knowledge of Opera, Epicure or Micros.
