About the role
The Guest Service Expert at Ginori Terrace creates memorable dining experiences for guests, going beyond simply serving food. This full‑time, on‑site role involves setting tables, coordinating with the kitchen, and ensuring a safe, high‑quality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, interact with guests, and serve meals.
- Communicate orders and special requests to the kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, supplies, and dining spaces.
- Follow company policies, uphold quality standards, and ensure a professional appearance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
