Waiter/Waitress – Luxury Hotel (Full-time)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join our luxury hotel restaurant in Ras Al‑Khaimah. You will greet guests, manage daily service flow, and ensure a memorable dining experience, especially for VIP arrivals.

Key responsibilities

• Read daily events and acknowledge VIP arrivals.
• Know all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods and convey this information politely.
• Present children’s menus, describe specials and alternative cuisine.
• Serve and clear food and beverage items unobtrusively and professionally.
• Use the POS system to ring up sales, print and close checks, and complete cash‑out procedures.
• Carry trays, bus and reset tables with linen, china, glass and silver.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, resolve issues and report to the manager.
• Follow cash and credit‑card procedures and maintain a clean, orderly restaurant.
• Polish silver, refill condiments and keep the workstation stocked.
• Perform opening/closing duties, report deviations and assist other F&B outlets during peak periods.

Required profile

• Secondary education.
• Minimum 1 year of food‑and‑beverage serving experience.
• Previous public contact or cashiering experience.
• Additional foreign language (e.g., Russian) is an asset.
