About the role

Join the award‑winning lobby lounge at Raffles Dubai as a Waitress, delivering a luxurious and professional food‑and‑beverage experience for discerning guests. You will work closely with outlet leaders and teammates to uphold the brand’s high standards of service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain discipline, grooming standards and punctuality in line with Raffles expectations.
• Apply LQA standards consistently throughout service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients, allergens and dietary requirements, providing accurate recommendations.
• Prepare and present coffee, tea and cocktails to the highest quality standards.
• Support colleagues across the outlet to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Address guests by name, recognise regular and VIP guests and update preferences in the Opera system.
• Conduct regular guest satisfaction checks and report feedback to outlet leadership.

Required profile

• Professional appearance and strong commitment to punctuality.
• Excellent knowledge of LQA service standards.
• Ability to learn menu details and dietary requirements quickly.
• Team‑player attitude with a guest‑centric mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Opera property management system.
