About the role
Apt Resources is recruiting a dedicated and professional Waitress for a restaurant in Dubai. The role is full-time and involves being the face of the restaurant, taking orders, serving food and beverages and attending to guests' needs promptly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests courteously and professionally
- Present menus, explain daily specials and give recommendations
- Take accurate food and drink orders and pass them to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly and keep the dining area clean and organised
- Process payments and handle cash or card transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members and follow health and safety regulations
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Waiter in a restaurant setting
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Required skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a friendly, approachable manner
