Warehouse Assistant

About the role

Coca-Cola Beverages Company L.L.C. is looking for a full-time Warehouse Assistant in Al Ain to support its supply chain and logistics operations in a fast-paced FMCG environment. The role covers receiving, storing, picking and dispatching materials and finished goods while keeping inventory accurate and complying with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and unload raw materials and packaging supplies.
• Verify delivered quantities and material quality against purchase orders, coordinating inspections and sampling with the Quality Control team.
• Organize and store materials properly, segregated and available according to production schedules.
• Manage finished goods storage, order picking, loading and outbound dispatch.
• Apply FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) procedures for stock rotation.
• Carry out daily and periodic inventory counts to keep stock records accurate.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and workplace safety, and follow material-handling procedures and quality requirements.
• Prepare and update daily shift-wise warehouse reports.

Required profile

• Higher secondary education or above.
• No experience required; warehouse or FMCG experience may be beneficial.
• Ability to keep accurate inventory records and prepare daily reports.

Required skills

• Understanding of inventory control, material handling, stock rotation and warehouse reporting.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures, proper storage and housekeeping standards.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, teamwork and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
