Warehouse Assistant

About the role

A cycling retailer, educator and experience provider in the GCC is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support its warehouse operations. The role helps ensure timely order processing, efficient stock handling and a clean, safe, organized workspace, covering both inbound and outbound logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and document shop and sales orders accurately so they can be processed on time.
• Support stocktaking, including new shipments, random spot checks and resolving stock discrepancies.
• Assist with receiving inbound shipments (PO-based), inspect materials, report issues and ensure proper storage.
• Help optimize warehouse layout and space use, and keep shelves organized and clearly labeled.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and follow health and safety protocols.

Required profile

• Previous warehouse, logistics or inventory control experience is a plus.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety procedures.

• Basic understanding of stock management and order processing.
