About the role
The Warehouse Coordinator drives day-to-day operational coordination so that all warehouse functions run smoothly and on schedule. The role also takes full ownership of documentation accuracy and data entry in the WMS systems.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure receiving, putaway, picking, packing and dispatch are executed flawlessly and on time.
- Maintain accurate documentation and data input in WMS systems, with zero tolerance for errors in transactions, shipment entries and inventory updates.
- Work closely with Team Leaders and frontline staff to enforce compliance with SOPs, product handling standards and daily execution timelines.
