Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to lead our spare parts warehouse operations in the United Arab Emirates. The role ensures efficient on‑site processes, integrates warehouse management systems and drives cost optimisation while maintaining high safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage spare parts warehouse operations including receiving, repackaging, shelving, picking, packing and outbound processes.
• Integrate and maintain the WMS warehouse system, conduct physical inventories and monitor inventory ageing.
• Develop and execute packaging plans, export packaging and label management for spare parts.
• Analyse export shipments, monitor storage areas, outbound waiting times and handle return processing.
• Control monthly warehousing and logistics costs, identify optimisation opportunities and oversee cost settlement.
• Evaluate and assess logistics service providers, manage procurement and daily performance.
• Ensure warehouse safety, covering fire safety and material handling regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of warehousing or logistics experience in the automotive sector.
• Strong cross‑team communication, high sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• WMS warehouse system integration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
