Warehouse Manager - FMCG

About the role

Careers International is recruiting a Warehouse Manager for an FMCG client in Dubai. The role manages daily warehouse operations, from receiving to dispatch, and ensures accurate inventory control and timely order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch
• Ensure accurate inventory control and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO)
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks and monitor performance
• Maintain warehouse SOPs and safety standards
• Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, procurement and sales teams
• Oversee timely and accurate order fulfilment to meet delivery schedules
• Manage stock audits, cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
• Track KPIs such as order accuracy, OTIF, stock loss and warehouse efficiency
• Handle maintenance of warehouse equipment and infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and health and safety guidelines

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field
• 5+ years of warehouse management experience (FMCG experience preferred)
• Proven leadership, planning and decision-making skills
• Hands-on experience with inventory control and inbound/outbound logistics
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Knowledge of HSE standards in warehouse operations

• Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems
• MS Office, especially Excel
