Warehouse Manager – Food Manufacturing

About the role

Lead the warehouse operations for a fast‑growing multi‑site food manufacturing business in the UAE, overseeing receipt, storage, packing and dispatch of high‑quality flour and raw materials.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily activities across multiple sites, ensuring seamless coordination with production.
• Supervise, train and motivate the warehouse team, set KPIs and drive a culture of productivity and quality.
• Implement and continuously improve SOPs, optimise layout and space utilisation, and use SAP‑based WMS for real‑time inventory tracking.
• Maintain compliance with HACCP, GMP and ISO 22000 standards, and uphold health and safety regulations.
• Control the warehouse budget, monitor expenditures and identify cost‑saving initiatives.
• Coordinate with transport and logistics providers to guarantee timely, cost‑effective dispatch.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 10‑15 years of progressive warehouse management experience, preferably in flour mills, food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP) is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP Business One (SAP B1) and warehouse management systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
