Warranty Executive – Automotive After‑Sales

About the role

Join Al‑Futtaim Automotive as a Warranty Executive and support Toyota and Lexus after‑sales operations across the UAE. You will ensure warranty claims are processed accurately, comply with manufacturer policies, and contribute to vehicle safety initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Review, adjudicate and authorize warranty repairs and claims submitted by Toyota and Lexus service centres.
• Ensure warranty submissions meet manufacturer requirements to maximise recoveries and minimise rejections.
• Monitor claim quality, accuracy and processing timelines; conduct audits and coaching visits across the dealer network.
• Develop action plans to address non‑compliance and improve overall warranty performance.
• Support safety recall, special service and customer satisfaction campaigns.
• Coordinate parts recovery activities and maintain communication with manufacturers.
• Maintain warranty performance dashboards and provide regular KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with technical and after‑sales stakeholders to identify quality concerns and process‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of automotive industry experience.
• 3–5 years in a warranty administration or related role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive warranty policies and dealer management systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
