About the role
The Welcome Ambassador (Bellman) is the first point of contact for guests arriving and departing at our West Crescent hotel in Dubai. You will create memorable first and last impressions by guiding guests through their stay and delivering a range of personalized services.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with arrival and departure procedures, including luggage handling.
- Process operational requests, respond to guest inquiries, and complete daily reports.
- Provide local area information and promote hotel amenities.
- Move, lift, and transport items up to 50 lb unaided and heavier items with assistance.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
