Welcome Ambassador / Hostess

About the role

Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island, a 5-star resort in Ras Al Khaimah, is looking for a Welcome Ambassador / Hostess. You will be the first point of contact for guests, giving them a warm and professional welcome and helping them through their stay from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge guests and visitors in a friendly, professional and engaging way.
• Act as the first point of contact in the lobby, creating a positive first impression.
• Assist guests with directions, resort information, facilities and services.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer help.
• Support arrivals and departures with information and guidance.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns and special requests efficiently and courteously.
• Promote resort facilities, dining outlets, activities and special promotions.
• Keep the lobby welcoming, organised and aligned with brand standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Concierge, Hospitality or another customer-facing role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, outgoing and approachable personality.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay professional and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Russian, Arabic, German or French is an advantage.
