About the role
As a Welcome Desk Agent – Guest Experience Expert you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating memorable moments from check‑in to check‑out. You will move throughout the property to anticipate and fulfil guest needs, ensuring a seamless and personalized stay.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
- Process operational requests, complete reports and share local area highlights.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience needed.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
