About the role
MDX is hiring a full-time Year 6 English Teacher based in Al Nahda, Dubai. The teacher plans and delivers English lessons for Year 6 students and works closely with colleagues, parents and school leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons for Year 6 students
- Assess, monitor and report on student progress
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents and school leadership to support student success
- Participate in school events, meetings and professional development activities
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education or a related field
- Previous teaching experience, ideally in upper primary / KS2
- Experience with or knowledge of the British Curriculum
- UAE teaching experience preferred
