About the role
GEMS Wesgreen International in Sharjah is hiring Year 6 teachers to start in August 2024. The school's campus highlights eco-friendly initiatives and sustainability, and teachers receive free access to professional development programmes and the chance to grow their careers across the GEMS network.
Required profile
- A B.Ed or subject-related degree, with a PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
- Proven qualified teaching experience in KS1/KS2 (ideally 1-2 years after qualification)
- Interest in career growth, leadership and sustainability
- Creative and enthusiastic approach in and out of the classroom
Required skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to work with students and parents
