About the role
GEMS Education is seeking enthusiastic Year 6 teachers to join its Sharjah campus in August 2024. The school integrates sustainability into its curriculum and offers a vibrant, eco‑friendly learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the Year 6 curriculum while embedding sustainability values.
- Engage actively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Utilise IT tools to enhance classroom learning.
- Participate in continuous professional development programmes.
Required profile
- B.Ed or subject‑related degree.
- PGCE, PGDE or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of qualified teaching experience at KS1/KS2 level.
- Interest in career growth, leadership and sustainability.
Required skills
- IT proficiency.
