About the role

Murdoch University Dubai is seeking experienced academics to fill six senior leadership positions across a range of disciplines. The roles combine teaching, research and strategic leadership to support the university’s growth and reputation in the United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality teaching and learning experiences for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
• Lead curriculum development, unit coordination, assessment and moderation within the assigned discipline.
• Supervise and mentor students, providing academic guidance and support.
• Engage in research and scholarly activities aligned with Murdoch University’s strategic priorities.
• Participate in academic governance, quality assurance processes and industry partnership initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of the campus’s academic vision and strategic plans.

Required profile

• Relevant doctoral degree or equivalent professional qualification in the specific discipline.
• Demonstrated record of teaching excellence and research productivity.
• Experience in academic leadership, curriculum design and quality assurance.
• Strong commitment to student‑centred education and inclusive learning environments.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including industry partners.
