Account Executive – Dubai

About the role

Addepar is looking for an experienced Account Executive to join its growing sales team covering the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. You will be responsible for generating new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) from Registered Investment Advisors, family offices and private banks, helping shape the future of wealth‑management technology.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for named accounts across the MEA territory.
• Qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline and convert prospects into customers.
• Prospect aggressively and build relationships with new and existing financial firms.
• Deliver tailored client meetings, presentations and product demos.
• Travel 40‑50% of the time to engage prospects, attend events and support client meetings.

Required profile

• Several years of software‑sales experience, preferably within the MEA region.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to navigate diverse cultures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce.
• Knowledge of SaaS applications and selling SaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with web‑based conferencing tools such as Zoom.
