About the role
The Account Executive will manage client relationships, understand business needs and deliver tailored insurance solutions. This role involves both client-facing activities and coordination with underwriting teams across markets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify primary budget holders and decision makers, establishing and maintaining active relationships.
- Determine appropriate solutions, structure, pricing and placement strategies to meet client needs.
- Negotiate claims resolution and manage collections, ensuring compliance with FCA and contract requirements.
- Deliver high levels of client service in line with standard operating procedures and develop proposals to retain clients.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in the Marine Hull insurance market.
- Preferably a degree or professional qualifications such as ACII.
- Strong track record of delivering high‑level client service and strategic account development.
