Sales Operations Executive – Inside Sales

About the role

Bayut & dubizzle are leading online property platforms in the UAE. The Sales Operations Executive will support and enable the inside sales team to sell more efficiently by providing tools, data insights, and operational assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and manage sales databases, verify client pools and assign accounts based on location and language.
• Support onboarding of new business, handle account set‑up, contract activations, cancellations and payment issues.
• Provide operational support and act as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Collect, analyse and present data‑driven reports to improve sales processes and identify gaps.
• Liaise between the sales team and operations teams to gather feedback and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales operations or a sales enablement role, preferably in e‑commerce or classifieds.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse groups.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑starter with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced Excel skills.
