About the role

The Tomoh Apprenticeship offers a six‑month, full‑time pathway for aspiring Account Executives to work on real‑world Microsoft projects, develop sales expertise, and earn globally recognised certifications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans for multiple customers, targeting high‑volume sales aligned with Microsoft’s goals and forecasts.
• Identify and understand customers’ digital‑transformation drivers and translate them into business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal Microsoft teams to accelerate customers’ digital strategies.
• Build and nurture relationships across various levels of the customer organisation to secure long‑term alignment and buy‑in.
• Leverage Microsoft’s product portfolio and solutions to address customer needs and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong grasp of digital‑transformation concepts and ability to apply them in a sales context.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with a focus on long‑term customer success.
• Growth‑mindset, proactive attitude and willingness to learn Microsoft technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, global team environment.
