About the role

As a Fashion Consultant you will be responsible for achieving individual and collective sales targets while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will support the implementation of CRM, CX and other key customer initiatives in‑store and collect valuable data on customer behaviour to inform business reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and collective sales targets while delivering exceptional guest experience.
• Support implementation of CRM, CX and other key customer and people initiatives in‑store.
• Collect data on customer behaviour, top sellers and slow movers for business reviews.
• Drive client relationships using an omni‑channel approach and provide pre‑buying product feedback.
• Ensure adherence to visual merchandising guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Manage click‑and‑collect orders within service‑level agreements.
• Capture customer data in line with marketing requirements and promote the MUSE loyalty program.
• Support in‑store marketing events, activations and stay updated on brand social media campaigns.
