Account Manager – Business Intelligence (Dubai)

About the role

The Account Manager – Business Intelligence will lead the growth of Dow Jones Risk’s Business Intelligence solutions across the Middle East, operating from Dubai. The role focuses on expanding the client portfolio, managing the full sales cycle, and delivering risk and compliance intelligence to financial institutions and government entities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, develop and close new business for the full Risk & Compliance product portfolio to meet revenue targets.
• Manage and grow the existing portfolio of clients, ensuring retention and increasing contract value.
• Collaborate with senior management and marketing to align events, branding and communication with sales objectives.
• Analyse customer business challenges and match appropriate Risk & Compliance solutions using a solution‑sales approach.
• Maintain relationships with external technology and advisory partners.
• Provide thought leadership on brand positioning, value proposition and product roadmap for the Risk & Compliance business.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience selling to financial institutions and government entities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• University degree.
• Proven experience selling information or compliance tools to senior decision‑makers.
• Strong knowledge of regional compliance regulations and available Risk & Compliance solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business, upsell existing customers and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent cultural adaptability and ability to handle multiple priorities.
