Boutique Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Boutique Manager will lead Damiani’s luxury boutique in Abu Dhabi, driving commercial performance while delivering an exceptional client experience. As the brand’s ambassador, you will inspire a multicultural team and uphold the heritage of Italian craftsmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, monitoring KPIs such as conversion rate, average transaction value and client retention.
• Analyse sales trends and implement action plans to maximise profitability and business opportunities.
• Provide a personalised luxury shopping experience, building long‑term relationships with high‑net‑worth and VIP clients through CRM, private appointments and boutique events.
• Recruit, coach and develop team members, conducting performance reviews and fostering a collaborative, results‑driven culture.
• Oversee daily boutique operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, loss prevention and compliance with health, safety and security policies.
• Liaise with head office and regional management to align on performance, operational needs and commercial initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury retail management or a similar high‑end sales environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or surpassing sales objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with HNW and VIP clients.
• Leadership capability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand standards.
