Account Manager – Events & Experiential

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join a leading events management company in Dubai. The role is client‑focused, requiring you to build long‑term relationships and deliver high‑quality event projects from brief to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Translate client objectives into clear project briefs and coordinate with creative, production, operations, and finance teams.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, timelines, budgets, and status reports.
• Monitor progress to ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new‑business initiatives.
• Resolve client concerns promptly while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Attend client meetings, presentations, and briefings as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Events Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager, Account Executive or Client Services professional in events, experiential, exhibition or creative agencies.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Highly professional, presentable and confident in client‑facing environments.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets and timelines.
• Based in Dubai or currently residing in the UAE.
