About the role

ALÓCommunication is a boutique communications agency that treats social media as a real‑time conversation. We are looking for a proactive Digital Account Manager who lives and breathes social platforms and can keep pace with the fast‑moving digital culture of the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional and local client accounts with a social‑first strategy.
• Develop and present social media strategies, content plans, and campaign ideas.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal creative, content, and media teams to deliver high‑quality work on schedule.
• Oversee content calendars, campaign rollouts, and platform‑specific executions.
• Monitor performance metrics, provide actionable insights, and optimise campaigns.
• Stay updated on social trends, platform updates, and audience behaviour.
• Identify up‑selling and cross‑selling opportunities for digital and social services.
• Support new business pitches with social‑first concepts and presentations.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in a digital or social media agency.
• Based in Dubai or the wider GCC region with strong cultural fluency.
• Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client‑management abilities.
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution‑oriented mindset.
