Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to act as the primary liaison between a football club, its marketing department and the creative team. The role will translate the club’s business and communication objectives into clear creative briefs and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality assets.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the day‑to‑day contact for the club, managing expectations, timelines, approvals and stakeholder communication.
• Translate client requirements into detailed creative briefs and coordinate designers, copywriters, videographers, photographers and motion‑graphic artists.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing and communication campaigns around matches, player announcements, sponsorships and events.
• Work with social‑media and content teams to produce and schedule static, video and motion‑graphic assets aligned with the club’s tone and brand.
• Maintain project timelines, identify potential delays and coordinate with external suppliers or production partners.
• Assist the commercial team with sponsor‑related activations, ensuring branding and contractual requirements are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 3–6+ years of account management or agency experience, preferably within sports, entertainment or consumer‑facing brands.
• Fluent English; Arabic is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of the GCC/UAE market and digital media channels.
