Account Manager - Performance Marketing

About the role

A performance marketing agency specializing in paid search and performance marketing for international digital entertainment brands is looking for a driven, relationship-oriented Account Manager in Dubai. You will manage and develop existing partner relationships, maximize account performance and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate has strong communication and negotiation skills, a commercial mindset and an understanding of affiliate and performance marketing models.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing partners, ensuring strong engagement and long-term growth.
• Serve as the main point of contact for partners, handling commercial discussions, agreements, terms, reporting and day-to-day communications.
• Monitor partner performance and analyse key metrics to find growth and optimization opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial terms, including CPA, revenue share and hybrid deals.
• Identify, approach and onboard new partners to expand the partnership network.
• Work with the PPC and campaign management teams to align marketing strategies with partner objectives.
• Prepare and review performance reports so partners stay informed on campaign progress and results.
• Proactively look for ways to improve conversions, revenue and overall partnership performance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in account management, affiliate marketing, performance marketing or business development.
• Digital entertainment industry experience is highly desirable.
• Strong relationship management, communication and negotiation skills.
• Commercially minded, able to spot business growth opportunities.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Russian is an advantage.
• Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate to the UAE.

Required skills

• Understanding of performance metrics such as CPA, revenue share, conversions, ROI and other campaign KPIs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced performance marketing environment.
