Branding Project Lead

About the role

Bukhash Brothers is looking for a Branding Project Lead who combines branding expertise, strategic thinking, creative judgment and project management skills. The role goes beyond traditional project management: it covers branding from strategy to execution, managing clients, leading creative teams and freelancers, and making sure every project meets creative and commercial standards. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design and can turn business objectives into impactful creative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead branding projects from brief and strategy through development, implementation and delivery, overseeing brand identity, guidelines, visual systems, packaging and brand applications.
• Give constructive creative feedback to internal designers and freelancers, and approve creative work for consistency and quality.
• Contribute to brand positioning, architecture, messaging and direction; evaluate client briefs, challenge creative directions and turn insights into actionable briefs.
• Manage several branding and design projects at once, keeping timelines, budgets and deliverables on track, and coordinate internal designers, freelancers and external production partners.
• Act as primary contact for assigned branding clients, lead meetings and reviews, manage expectations and scope changes, and grow client relationships.
• Lead website design projects, including UX/UI direction, and coordinate freelance web designers and developers.
• Support new business by preparing branding proposals and scopes of work, reviewing commercial proposals and identifying upsell opportunities.

Required profile

• Arabic speaker.
• Strong eye for design and understanding of what makes a brand successful.
• Able to translate business objectives into creative solutions and guide clients on branding best practices.
