Account Manager - Retail

About the role

Deliveroo is expanding its Retail vertical in the UAE and needs a Retail Account Manager to own relationships with top national and SMB non‑food partners. You will act as the day‑to‑day liaison, helping new partners launch on the platform and driving growth for existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of retail and non‑food partners, becoming the subject‑matter expert for each category.
• Drive partner performance through regular reporting, business reviews and data‑driven insights.
• Identify and execute growth opportunities, including promotional planning and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams—marketing, compliance, legal, operations—to ensure smooth partner onboarding and ongoing support.
• Oversee site roll‑outs and map coverage gaps for partner expansion.
• Represent Deliveroo within partner organisations and ensure internal stakeholders deliver appropriate resources.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in account management, business development or a commercial role.
• Proven experience within the retail and/or pharmacy sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
