Tender Governance & Commercial Analyst

About the role

Bilfinger is seeking a highly organised and analytical professional to support its Sales organisation in the Asset Performance business. The role focuses on tender governance, commercial reporting and data‑driven decision making to improve bid quality and sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the tender governance calendar, coordinate governance meetings, ensure complete and version‑controlled governance packs, and record decisions and actions.
• Act as the focal point for Salesforce data quality, develop weekly‑monthly‑quarterly performance dashboards, analyse pipeline health and forecast accuracy, and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare concise executive reports and presentations on tender activities, commercial risks and sales performance, and collaborate with commercial, operational, finance and leadership teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Project Management, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
• Experience in tender governance, bid management, sales operations or business analytics within engineering, industrial services or energy sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset, excellent organisational and communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
