Account Manager – Sports Marketing Agency

About the role

WePlay, a global sports marketing agency, is expanding its Dubai office and is looking for an Account Manager to drive client success across the UAE region. The role will own multiple workstreams, manage client relationships at the execution level and ensure delivery of best‑in‑class campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their goals and challenges.
• Coordinate and manage campaign execution, including production shoots, budget tracking and timeline adherence.
• Provide regular status updates, performance analysis and recommendations for additional services.
• Support the Account Director with presentations, pitches and benchmarking research.
• Lead and mentor the Account Executive, offering training and guidance on client service and project delivery.
• Identify and act on upsell opportunities and proactively address client concerns.
