Account Operations Manager

About the role

Alpaca Leads is a go‑to‑market agency specialized in B2B outbound. We are looking for an Account Operations Manager (Head of Operations) to own delivery and operations across all client accounts, ensuring flawless execution and scalable processes as the business grows.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery for all client outbound campaigns.
• Manage and optimise operations across multiple client accounts.
• Ensure campaigns are launched, monitored, and optimised properly.
• Coordinate tools, data, workflows and execution standards.
• Build and improve internal processes to support scale.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and delivery quality.
• Work closely with the founder on priorities and execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of B2B outbound and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Hands‑on experience with Clay.
• Good knowledge of outbound tools such as Instantly, Heyreach, Smartlead and Lemlist.
• Solid understanding of data enrichment, scraping and outbound workflows.
• Familiarity with cold calling is a plus.
• Fluent in English; French a plus.
• Willingness to work onsite from our Dubai office.
