Media Buyer / Performance Marketer

About the role

As a Media Buyer / Performance Marketer you will own the end‑to‑end performance framework for both B2C e‑commerce stores and corporate B2B lead‑generation campaigns. The role is highly data‑driven, requiring you to manage substantial monthly ad spend, optimise funnels and continuously test creative assets to lower CAC and maximise ROAS.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and scale multi‑channel paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Performance Max, Search, Shopping) and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Oversee daily corporate ad budgets, pace spend, and select optimal bidding strategies.
• Audit and enhance tracking accuracy using Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, GA4 and Conversion APIs.
• Design and run A/B tests on hooks, creative formats, landing pages and audience segments.
• Collaborate with internal designers, copywriters and platform managers to feed performance data back into asset production.
• Consolidate multi‑platform analytics into weekly and monthly executive dashboards reporting ROAS, CPA, MER and conversion trends.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketer in an agency or in‑house multi‑brand environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to spot conversion‑rate drops or attribution anomalies.
• Proven track record of scaling budgets and delivering measurable ROAS improvements.
